The Metanews theme is a very cool theme to look at, especially its demo. But when I install it in wordpress then this theme is not same as it is in demo. This theme does not have any option in WordPress Customizer to make it look like its demo. Why?

Thank you for appreciating our work. Yes after activating the Theme, first the homepage will shows as Latest Posts layout. You have to set the homepage to a ‘Front Page Template’ from which you can get the layout of the Home Page as the Demo.

To set the Home Page to ‘Front Page Template’ and for Widgets set up you can go through the Documentation (here) or you can check the Video Tutorial (here).
