Can you clarify what you mean please, as I cannot find @media only screen and (max-width: 1078px) { in style.css

I have tried using Upload / drag & drop from my local computer, as I have many times with other themes.

The image is not viewing in the media library, nor on the web page previews. BUT, it does work when I link via a URL.
