How do i upgrade Attitude Pro? Do I do it within WP or from downloading something from the Themehorse site?
I also have the WARNINGS and need to get rid of them.
In your September 12, 2014 post to SMW, you say:

If you have not changed anything in our code then you are safe to update the theme. Just deactivate the old theme file and then delete it from the list. Now upload the latest version and activate it.

But how do you upload latest version?

Thank you for the detailed reply.
I have a child theme established.
But it is a .css file.
How do you create a child theme that holds php code?
Or can you put .php into a .css child theme?

I’m wanting to add a Redirect Link to one of my Featured Image Slider images that takes you to a new blank window (target_blank)
Where can I add the code for this so that when user clicks the slider image it opens in a different browser window?

OK I’m going to try and ask my question in a different way, because I find it hard to believe that “all will be lost”.

So, pasted below is some code and text copied from the Text tab from within my Edit Page window:

This code here was generated by using the Visual tab and inserting image and styling with drop down menu, ALL IN THE VISUAL TAB of WP:
and the <h3></h3>

Then within the Text tab of WP on the Edit Page window I inserted the <div class=”one-third”> [blah blah blah] </div>.
I did this to achieve 3 columns below the main text content.
I find it hard to believe that if when I need to update WP theme that all the code, including the code generated from styling from the Visual tab will be lost.

I am using a Child theme .css to affect any parent .css that I want to change

Are you saying that if I update the Attitude Pro theme I will lose the coding I used (using the <div class=”one-third”> info here </div>) within the text tab of the Edit Page window that all that will get lost?
I thought it was only changes made in the parent .css file would get lost on updating.
Why would the edits made right in the Page itself also get lost?

I have created 3 columns underneath my main text area on each page of my site.
I did this with <div class=”one-third”> info here </div> in the text tab of the Edit Page window.
Is this the correct way to achieve 3 col. of info?
Or is using widgets the way to do it?
If the best way is with widgets is there deeper documentation on how to use widgets?
It seems like going to Theme Instructions, that documentation is pretty minimal.

Is there a way to have each page, including the Home page have a different main image? Currently I have an image in the Slider area, but it shows up on every page. I want every page to have a different image, that stretches across the whole wrapper just like the Slider. I don’t need a slide show to occur, just a static image.
I know I’m not getting something here. But can’t figure out how to achieve what I want.
