If the plugin worked fine in default themes like twentythirteen, twentytwelve then it should work on our theme too.There seems to be no such code that should be interfering with this plugin. The content is rendered on all these themes using the_content function and same is done in our theme. Can you please check again in any of wordpress default theme like twentytwelve or twentythirteen.

If this is still the issue. You may have to either send us the plugin you are using or send temporary username and password for your site through our contact form.

Did you paste the shortcode inside the post content in your post editor? Don’t seem like it is inserted inside the content.

WP retina 2x plugin is just a recommended plugin for our theme. Image uploading feature should work fine with or without WP retina plugin being installed. You can ask the plugin author as they might give you better solution if their is really any issue with the plugin

Hi Erica,

If you want to keep formating while using corporate page template then you can go to that particular page and just below the content area you should see excerpt box. If you don’t see this box go to top and click on screen option and check the excerpt option. Now you can write content on excerpt box along with the formating and this text will show up instead.

You can override the code but for that you have to first unhook the function responsible for showing that code then you have to hook your own function. Mere copy and pasting the relevant files and folder will not work.

Our theme is not woocommerce compatible and you may have to edit and create new files for this to make it compatible. Just replacing the_content with woocommerce_content will not work and possibly will break other pages. So we request you to hire someone who is capable of making such changes.

If you want to make any changes make sure do it via child theme so that you changes won’t get lost when you update the theme. Now you can see the code for archive in clean-retina-pro->library->structure->content-extensions.php and look for cleanretina_theloop_for_archive function.
