You are using the free version of Attitude. The typography option is only available in our Pro version so you need to upgrade to our pro version.

Currently we don’t have the option for unlinking the slider. But if you upgrade to Pro you will get image slider option which can fulfill your need.
Also if you don’t want all pages to show up in your navigation you can use the custom menu. Have a look here http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

We don’t have direct option but You can use this custom css to hide the slider in blog page
.blog .featured-slider { display: none; }
Paste the above CSS in your Custom CSS box in theme option panel

It seems you have not uploaded featured images. Make sure you have set featured image. You will see set featured image option on right hand side of the post editor
