Hi Hp,

It’s difficult to figure out the issue just seeing the screenshot. We have not be approached by such issue till now and doesn’t seem to be our theme specific issues. Probably some plugins may create such conflicts try to deactivate the plugins and see if it makes any change.

Currently we have designed our theme that way, when you view site in mobile devices the text are turned off. But we are thinking on showing the text for mobile view as well. Probably we will implement it in our future updates

Hi Michael,

Please download the fresh copy of our theme and reinstall it. It seems you have made changes with our theme. It’s not recommended to directly change the theme code but rather you can use child theme approach.

Now it seems some plugins that you have installed is conflicting with our theme so the menu is not working in mobile device so turn off each plugin one by one and see if this works or no.

Hi Wendelynn,

For multiple testimonial just drag and drop another Testimonial widget in business sidebar and fill the detail. Regarding the quote mark we have designed it that way. For creating another closing quote you have to create a closing quote icon image and code it using child theme. There is no simple process for this so it would be better you hire a developer for this.

Go to Appearance->Editor and on the right hand side you will see list of php files, there you will find style.css click on that

But don’t edit it directly either use custom css to make change or make child theme

I don’t think this issue is with our theme. This issue seems to be of Nextgen so it will be better if you talk with them in their forum. Recently due to the new update of the NextGen they are having some very serious issues with many themes and plugins and they are currently working on it to solve these issues.
