UPDATE: The sidebar works in the ‘free’ version of this template. I originally bought this theme years ago, and repurchased it again today to fix this problem. WordPress has been reinstalled, and the theme has been reinstalled twice. The problem affects all pages on the site. It’s almost as if it is defaulting to a mobile phone layout.
