@boostimedia Try reinstalling the theme and it should work. We have already tested this. So, you have not altered anything, this should work fine. Or you will need to check on the changes that you have done, which might be causing the issue.
Sanjip ShahParticipant@cristianalbu303 We have tested this in local testing environment and it is working fine. Can you please check on the you settings.
February 26, 2014 at 7:11 am in reply to: Search, pages, archyves, categories at the bottom of the page #8118Sanjip ShahParticipant@marializ Can you provide the exact link the page. I will have to look into it to provide any support. As this is a external plugin fixing this can be complex and you may need to hire a developer for this. However, I will have a look and see what support I can provide.
Sanjip ShahParticipant@Gregory Welcome.
Sanjip ShahParticipant@Edward Our theme is responsive which means the content will adjust according to the device width. In the small devices like mobile the widget actually does not disappear but it goes below the content area for better content visibility and readability. This is latest in the trend. You can also check our demo in small devices for this.
Sanjip ShahParticipant@erik10 Try the following custom css in the custom css option.
#content .custom-gallery-title, .custom-gallery-title a { font-size: 24px; }
Change the font size to your liking.
About the order, the order is related to the published date order. So, you can try editing the published date the arrange the order.Sanjip ShahParticipant@jcbabo Can you provide a link to the exact page and we will look into it.
Sanjip ShahParticipant@Jolie The plugin zip file is located inside theme folder->library folder->plugin folder->rev slider zip file. Then you can go to dashboard, Plugins->Add New. Then to install the zip file using this plugin zip file (upload zip file method) and see if this solves the issue.
February 25, 2014 at 5:38 am in reply to: How remove the title and excerpt banners from the slider? #8084Sanjip ShahParticipant@danspencer In the dashboard, go to Appearance->Theme Options->Design Options Tab->Custom CSS. Paste the following css and click on ‘Save all Changes’.
.featured-slider .featured-text .featured-content { display: none; }
Sanjip ShahParticipant@Matteo We have designed the social icons that way and to open in a new tab. The feature to open the social link in same tab is not available with the theme. So, you will need to hire a developer to make this customization.
Sanjip ShahParticipant@Gregory Just checked your site and I see that you have included the rev slider in the content part. But in our demo we have added it in the header. You can also do the same. To do that, in the dashboard, go to Appearance->Theme Options->Slider Options Tab->Slider Options. There enable the slider and choose the rev slider. And also in the Revolution Slider Options bar, choose the rev slider there and click on ‘Save all Changes’. Hope this helps.
Sanjip ShahParticipant@WatsonWonders If you are talking about the social icons options and also to include the instagram icon, then this is only available in pro version. You can switch to pro version if you like. It consists of 30 + social icons including instagram.
Sanjip ShahParticipant@Shelly Actually, we have only bundled the rev slider plugin within the theme and not a Testimonial plugin. And it is just bundled there and not installed or activated at the beginning. So, it should not be a issue. Can you explain your issue more as I feel like it is not related to bundled plugin.
Sanjip ShahParticipant@Grafixer Okay. Great!
Sanjip ShahParticipant@Allan Okay. Great!
