ParticipantJust checked your site and found you can added the following css in custom css option. Try removing the width part/line and see if this solves the issue.
#secondary { margin-left: 5.06%; width: 29.28%; }

Participant@gbishopdu-edu In the theme folder, go to content-extensions file located in theme folder->library folder->structure folder. Look for these functions cleanretina_theloop_for_page(), cleanretina_theloop_for_single(), cleanretina_theloop_for_archive() and related codes inside it and try to make the adjustment there.

Participant@Gregory After the updates looks like settings are changed. You can try the auto responsive and force full width option.

Participant@[email protected] If you want to upload a logo of maximum size then it is 978px * height. This will not take the full width, there is will 30px padding on either side. For logo image even if you upload image of bigger width of more than 978 it will take the width of 978px.
If you want to cover the full width of 1038px, try adding the header image from Appearance->Header but this will not have a link in it and will remain as a plain image.

Participant@[email protected] Our theme is responsive and it will adjust automatically to the device with. We have checked our demo in Android phone and it looks all fine. I could not completely get what you refer to by aspect ratio. The theme design will adjust according to the device width.
