@Grafixer Yes if the deactivating the plugin solved the issue then you will have to find other alternatives/plugins for the same purpose.
About the second issue, In the slider settings there is Appearance and Position options. Please try adjusting that and see if this solves the issue. If you can provide us the your site link then I may be provide you better support.

@akole You can try this plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-google-fonts/ and see if any supports the cyrillic fonts. After you install this plugin you will have to check the subset also to include it like cyrillic in this case. I found that Philosopher font supports the cyrillic subset. So, you can install this plugin and use the philosopher font also checking on the cyrillic subset. You will also need to write the custom css to use this font or you could try using Philosopher font for typography option in addition with using the above plugin as well.

@Grafixer I guess you have now already created sliders with the rev slider. If you want activate the slider for you home page. Then you can go to Appearance->Theme Options->Slider Options. There in the slider options bar, choose the rev slider. And in the Revolution Slider Options bar make the related settings and click on ‘Save all Changes’. Hope this helps. @Plato You could add your script in the header.php file. Also, you can refer to this link http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/is_page to add a condition for a specific page. Also make a child theme for any changes so that you won’t lose the changes when you update the theme.

@wsprja Just checked you site. It looks like you have set the posts page in the Settings->Reading in the dashboard. Unset the posts page there and then try to set the blog full content template for your blog page.

@anndeelee If you view this instruction page link https://www.themehorse.com/theme-instruction/attitude/#recommendedimagesize. You will also see the recommended height is 460px. If you use a image of greater height it will be cropped to height of 460px. This is the case that has happened in your case.
