Participant@salomao Okay. Great.

Participant@karakolina If you have not added those tags then it might be coming from some plugin due to some conflict. Try deactivating your active plugins one by one and see if this solves the issue.

Participant@hari Please install a new fresh download of the theme and see if this solves the issue. If the issue still exists please try other default themes.

Participant@Petrichor Okay. Great and thanks for sharing.

Participant@pMCs This will take both php and css customization so you will have to hire a developer on this one.

Participant@macky Okay. Great!

Participant@macky Try using this plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-google-fonts/ to load the font, load all/required the subset and see if this solves the issue. You will also have to write the custom css for the font that you use.

Participant@karakolina It looks like you have add the description along with the p tags, please remove those. The description will be automatically inside a p tag even if you don’t add it.

Participant@michal It looks like some kind of the js conflict. Try disabling your active plugins and see if this solves the issue. Also it looks like you have added something in the footer script, try removing that.

Participant@Pablo We have tried this in our testing environment and it works all fine. This might be a plugin conflict, try disabling the active plugins one by one and see if this solves the issue. If you still can’t fix the issue you can send you site, temporary username and password via our contact form (NOT HERE) and we will look into it.
