This issue doesn’t seems to be our theme issue. We don’t have any such code in our theme that seems to interfere with the plugin. We feel the plugin author can give your better solution on this case.

if you select A static page (select below) from Dashboard -> settings -> Reading -> click on A static page and select the which page you want to display. If you dont select any of them then navigation will be displayed its default. We have worked on it like this. So i cant be removed.

Regarding to the black triangle we are having bug on chrome. Its working fine in firefox safari etc. We will soon fix it.Thank you for reporting.

To change all the layout of you website you change from Appearance/theme options/Default Layout Options and to change the layout of the particular page / post you just edit the particular page / post and at the below of the editor there is layout. Its for the particular page. Select to any layout you want.

If you have dont this in correct way then it must work because we dont have other client issue on this layout. If you still facing the problem then just send your username and password details in our forum.

Here is the php file where the style.css is called.
go to your theme file -> library -> functions -> function.php on line 27. You can change it from here.

But it you get update then your css will be lost as already i have mentioned to you.

First of all go to the dashboard->setting->permalink and click on save changes and just have a look whether it works or not.

If this doesnot works then deactivate the plugin one by one which you have installed and check it.

If still not working then send your temporary username and password. we will look on it.

For the footer text you just add this css inside
dashboard-> apperance->theme-option-> design Options-> Custum CSS
