Just login to your account and go to download tab where you will get access for 1 year from the renew date.
Upload the zip file as you did before to update the theme to latest version.
If you have any problem let us know.

As of our theme design we have hide the WooCommmerce header title you can display it again by adding custom CSS code below:

.woocommerce-page #primary .page-title {
    display: block;
    float; none;
    color: inherit;
}

Sorry we have no idea why those page is serving a text page. May some plugins conflict it. Can you try deactivating the plugin one by one and check. Also if you have directly add some custom code clear it as well.

@brad-morris For to create an ad column it needs code customization you have to hire a developer as this is a new feature to add in the theme.

May you have change the font family to Roboto.
PT Sans font is the default font for this theme, if you are using premium theme and want to change the font family of the theme just go to Appearance > Theme Options where you can set font family and size.
