Prior to joining Ross, I spent 6 years working in the banking industry in Ghana as well as co-founding startups in fashion and tourism. I decided to pursue my MBA to expand my knowledge about different industries and hone my business acumen.I joined Ross particularly because of its diverse community that fosters inclusion and collaboration.
